To manage, organize and totallize the Administrative activities of Hong Duc University.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

   - To write report periodically; To write week schedule for the University; To prepare administrative work for The Manager Board.

-          To assistance The Manager Board in checking the University’s regulation implementation of Departments and Faculties.

-          To co-operate with other Departments and Falculties in writing annual reports.

-          To be responsible for the reception of The University’s meetings, workshops and Conferenes.

-          To manage the administrative activities.

-          To arrange meeting rooms.

-          To manage and arrange cars for bussiness.

-          To manage and organize such activities like rewarding.
